This addendum from Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc., doing business as Grizzly Client Services ('GCS'), describes the third-party providers that specific GCS features depend on, how credentials are handled, and what happens when a provider is unavailable or disconnected. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
The integrations GCS uses or offers, by function:
Every provider-dependent feature stays inactive until its provider is configured and verified for the account. The workspace and provider desk show the true state of each channel — GCS does not show a channel as live before it is, and preparing work for review never requires a live provider.
Each provider's own terms, acceptable-use rules, and privacy policies apply to that provider's service. A provider may reject, suspend, or restrict activity under its own policies independent of GCS.
Providers change interfaces, pricing, and policies, and they have outages. GCS reports provider issues honestly, adapts integrations where reasonable, and may replace a provider with a comparable one with notice.
Plan pricing covers GCS's standard use of its own provider accounts. Usage-based provider charges for unusual volumes, or charges on Client-owned provider accounts, are the Client's responsibility and are quoted or disclosed before they apply.
GCS does not guarantee any provider's availability, performance, or continued existence, and is not responsible for provider downtime, policy enforcement, pricing changes, or rejected sends, calls, or payments.
Provider credentials are stored as configuration secrets, never displayed back in full, and used only for their integration, as described in the Security Policy.
When a provider is disconnected or credentials are revoked, the dependent features stop honestly: capture channels stop capturing, sends stop sending, and the workspace shows the disconnected state. Work already captured stays in the account under the retention policy.
