GCS Website Intake and Optional Scan Disclosure

GCS does not currently run a website scan from the public build or checkout forms. A website address entered there is saved only as an optional setup reference. The business profile is completed from information the Client submits and approves.

Submitting a website address by itself does not start or authorize a scan. If GCS offers the optional scan in the future, the Client will be shown a separate scan action and must confirm that it owns or controls the submitted domain before any request is made.

• Only publicly reachable pages on the Client-controlled domain may be requested.
• Login, admin, dashboard, checkout, member, portal, authenticated, and private-network destinations are excluded.
• Robots directives, a fixed page and redirect budget, per-client rate limits, and a hard total deadline must be enforced.
• Forms and other interactive submission surfaces are not exercised.

GCS stores the website address and the business facts the Client confirms. If an optional scan is later enabled and accepted, its disclosure will identify any additional source addresses or extracted facts stored before the scan begins.

A public website can be incomplete or out of date. No unconfirmed website fact is treated as approved business information: the Client reviews and corrects the profile before the desk relies on it.

The Client can complete the full business profile manually. The unavailable optional scan does not remove a plan feature, reduce eligibility, or prevent setup from being completed.
