Website-first intake is the GCS onboarding step in which a business submits its own website address and Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc., doing business as Grizzly Client Services ('GCS'), scans public pages of that website to prepare the business profile: services offered, service area, contact details, and setup recommendations.
The scan reads a small number of publicly reachable pages on the submitted domain only. It follows ordinary links the way a visitor would, respects a fixed page budget, and skips paths that look private — sign-in, admin, account, cart, and checkout pages are excluded by design.
GCS does not log in, does not bypass any access control, does not read private or administrative areas, and does not scan unrelated third-party websites through this feature.
The scan extracts business-facing facts: service descriptions, service areas, contact information published on the site, quote or contact forms, and pricing signals. Extracted facts feed the business profile and setup recommendation shown to you before activation.
Extracted information can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, and the scan does not guarantee that all of your business information is found. You review and confirm the extracted profile before activation, and you can correct anything at any time in the workspace.
GCS stores the addresses of the public pages it scanned as evidence of what the profile was built from, alongside the extracted profile, under the Privacy Policy and the Account Lifecycle, Archive, and Data Retention Policy.
You can skip the website scan and complete intake manually. The scan is a convenience, not a requirement.
