GCS subscriptions from Grizzly Asset Holdings Inc., doing business as Grizzly Client Services, are month to month. You can cancel at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, there are no cancellation penalties, and there are no hidden fees. The monthly price you were quoted — plus applicable taxes — is the whole recurring price; there is no standard setup fee.
Cancel by emailing [email protected] from the owner email on file (or with equivalent account verification), or through the billing portal where available. GCS confirms every cancellation in writing; a cancellation is complete when you receive that confirmation or see the subscription status change in the billing portal.
Cancellation stops the renewal: access continues to the end of the current monthly billing period already paid for, and no further charges are made after it. GCS does not renew a subscription after a valid cancellation request, and does not restart billing without a new authorization.
Amounts already billed for the current billing period are not automatically refunded when you cancel mid-period — access simply runs to the end of the period. GCS may issue full or partial refunds where the law requires it, where a signed agreement provides for it, or where GCS expressly approves one in writing (for example for a billing error or a service failure). Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable consumer protection law does not allow to be waived.
If a renewal charge fails, GCS may retry billing and request updated payment details; the account may be marked past due and suspended until the balance is settled. Suspension for non-payment is not a cancellation — you can settle and resume, or cancel as described above.
Separately quoted work (advanced integrations, custom migrations, multi-location setups) may carry its own written cancellation and payment terms agreed before the work starts. Absent separate terms, unstarted quoted work is cancellable without charge and work already performed is billable.
GCS states the full recurring price before you subscribe: the monthly plan price plus applicable taxes. No mandatory fees are added at checkout beyond what was disclosed, consistent with the Competition Act's rules against misleading price representations.
Request a data export before the end of your final billing period if you want one. After the account closes, data is handled under the Account Lifecycle, Archive, and Data Retention Policy: workspace access is blocked, required records are retained, and the rest is archived or deleted on schedule.
